# Electronic Press Kit

> Create a public artist profile page with your bio, media, press quotes, and social links.

The Electronic Press Kit (EPK) is a public-facing artist profile page that you can share with venues, promoters, press, and fans. It serves as a professional one-stop destination for everything someone needs to know about your act.

## Setting up your EPK

1. Navigate to **EPK** in the sidebar
2. Toggle the EPK to **Enabled**
3. Set your custom URL slug (e.g., `your-band-name`)
4. Fill in your content

Your EPK is publicly accessible at a URL like `https://app.roadcase.com/epk/your-band-name`. No login is required for visitors.

## EPK content

### Artist information

| Field | Description |
| - | - |
| **Headline** | A short tagline or descriptor |
| **Bio** | Your artist biography (rich text) |
| **City, State, Country** | Where you are based |
| **Hero image** | A large banner image at the top of the page |
| **Logo** | Your artist logo |

### Embeddable media

Add embeddable media from platforms like:

* Spotify (albums, playlists, tracks)
* YouTube (music videos, live performances)
* Apple Music
* SoundCloud
* Bandcamp

Enter the embed URL and Roadcase renders it on your EPK page.

### Press quotes

Showcase press coverage with quotes from reviews, interviews, and features:

| **Quote** | The press quote text |
| **Author** | Who said it |
| **Publication** | Where it was published (e.g., "Pitchfork", "Rolling Stone") |
| **URL** | Link to the original article |

### Photo gallery

Upload photos with captions and set their display order. Photos are displayed in a gallery format on the EPK page.

### Video gallery

Add video URLs (YouTube, Vimeo, etc.) to showcase music videos, live performances, and behind-the-scenes content.

### Downloadable assets

Upload files that visitors can download directly from your EPK:

* High-resolution press photos
* Logos and branding assets
* One-sheets
* Album artwork

### Social links

Connect your social media profiles:

* Instagram
* X (Twitter)
* Facebook
* TikTok
* YouTube
* Spotify
* Apple Music
* SoundCloud
* Bandcamp
* Threads
* Bluesky
* Bandsintown

### Contact directory

Select which [artist contacts](https://docs.roadcase.app/core-concepts/artists-and-teams.md) should be visible on the EPK. Toggle visibility per contact — for example, show your booking agent and publicist but hide your attorney.

## Enabling and disabling

Toggle your EPK on or off at any time. When disabled, the public URL returns a 404 page. Your content is preserved and will reappear when you re-enable.

## Custom URL

Your EPK URL slug must be unique across all Roadcase artists. Choose something recognizable — typically your artist name in lowercase with hyphens.

**Example:** `https://app.roadcase.com/epk/the-midnight-travelers`

## Sharing your EPK

Copy the EPK URL and share it anywhere:

* In booking emails to venues and promoters
* On your social media profiles
* In press pitches to journalists
* On your website as a press page link
